What code do I enter for my remote working with my Dish satellite TV?
I have to re-enter the code, but the brand of my TV does not appear in the book user. I know that the remote has to work with my TV, because I have used in the past. Is there a code that can indicate if your TV is not on the list that will make remote working with it? My TV is "Durabrand."
If the code does not appear in the list will have to call the TV manufacturer and see if they have one. In general, you can give a list of codes to try another brand. If you do not have one, you can try to use the manual search function code (read the manual of your remote control may or may not have this feature). onec I suggest you find what you write on a small piece of paper and ribbon to the bottom of the remote control. Tape keeps the number of rubbing off. If that fails you're screwed.
