How do I backup my xbox games and own if mine is, but modded DVD ROM broken?
From what I understand .. need FTP Xbox to your PC. Then copy the files that are in the Xbox game to your PC, while the game disc itself is loaded into the Xbox DVD ROM? What What if my dvd rom is broken? Is there any way you can only transfer the game file to the Xbox hard disk using the FTP service? Please help. Also .. if I had to change my DVD ROM with a new one from another xbox .. I have to do anything apart from physically exchange?
If DVD ROM is damaged and can not read games that there is no point using FTP, as you can not read the game to FTP anyway! If it's an Xbox 360, the exchange of another DVD ROM will not help. Each unit DVD ROM drive has firmware for the Xbox 360 connects to, for games of the protection of copyright.
